4 Simple Goals

So Elsie over at A Beautiful Mess has initiated a little blog project, and I'm totally excited to join in.  Rules are simple...4 goals to be completed by 2011.  I can always use a little pressure to follow through.
1. Mingle.  I'm super shy when it comes to big crowds, and I'm planning a solo travel next summer, so I really need to work on my people meeting skills....this is going to be SO hard. 
2. Create a craft space. So far crafting happens on my coffee table or on the floor.....I need to establish somewhere a little more inspiring.
3. Play the piano. I really want to learn a new instrument, but I've decided I need to re-learn the piano before I move on.  It's a good base, and I really need help remember scales...EEEK!
4. Follow through. I have a lot of unfinished projects.  Need to make a dent in them.

I'll post about my progress throughout the next few months.

FACT FRIDAY

Did you know today is International Lefthand handers' day?  I'm left handed and this amused me (thanks Kaylah over @ The Dainty Squid for sharing...she's a lefty too!).  I totally thought google was going to let me down on Lefthand images...all it was showing was left handed guitars...but this is like perfection in the google images world...I LOVE FLANDERS

Today is also Friday the 13th....and there are spooky clouds rolling in...and due to lack of sleep followed by too much sleep I am crazy rambling due to crazy overtired hyperness.

p.s I have the best dad in the world because he just brought me a cheeseburger cause I left my lunch @ home. Sometimes it's cool to work with your dad!

Sorry I'm late...having a busy week! Can't wait for tomorrow to come to an end so I can enjoy the Fringe here in Edmonton.  I love summer festivals!  SO much fun!

I heard this one on the radio today and needed to share it..it just made me SUPER happy. What are your favorite 90's songs?!

FACT

So, I really just like saying the word fact...and decided to start FACT FRIDAYS :)

Then magically my friend sent me something this morning that will make a perfect beginning fact!

This August has 5 Sundays, 5 Mondays, 5 Tuesday all in one month.  It happens once in 823 years. 

...I wonder if it's equally exciting that December has 5 Wednesdays, 5 Thursday, and 5 Fridays....probably not....
